Tuition


There is no tuition or membership fees for people to participate in RISAT programs unless they are taking courses and are register as students.  For students the following charges apply
  • Application fee:  In order to register as a student in Risat you will have to apply for it. There is a $ 30 proccesing fee for all applications.  Paying this fee does not guarantee admission to RISAT.    
  • Tuition:  Tuition  for all undergraduate courses (courses of < 500 level) is $ 25 per credit.  Graduate courses are $ 50 per credit.    All tuition must be paid before the begining of the semester.  There is no refund for droping the courses.  An undergraduate student can take up to 18 credits per semester if he/she is in good academic standing. 

Notice that Risat does not accept checks, money orders, etc.  All payments are done only through electronic payments.   


An academic year for undergraduate full time students usually consists of 30 credits. Hence, the total cost of tuition for undergraduate students taking regular load is $ 750 per year. 

An academic year for graduate full time students usually consists of 18 credits.  Hence, the total cost of tuition is $ 900 per year. 

These are some of the lowest costs that you will find on higher education. This is in accordance  with the primary  mission of RISAT as an institution serving people. RISAT is not in the business of teaching and research for profits.
