March 10-11, 2012, Tampa, Florida
A. Elezi (firstname.lastname@example.org)
T. Shaska (email@example.com)
Purpose: The purpose of this special session is to bring together researchers who use methods of computational algebraic geometry in to solve classical problems and explore new applications. Topics include but are not limited to:
Jacobians of curves
superelliptic curves and their Jacobians
theta functions of curves (rational theta-nulls)
invariants of binary forms
the moduli space of curves
equations of curves with fixed automorphism group
algebraic curves covering elliptic curves and their applications in cryptography
If you want to give a talk in this special session please contact the organizers.
